Returns:
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only.
Please share clear images on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Order cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
